Terry Lavictoire
Owner
Terry maintains an active role in the company’s operations and direction. Terry has 35 years of experience helping clients with compactor and baler applications, including future volume increase considerations.
Donna Rowland
Executive Vice President
Donna joined AAA in 2018 with 40 years of experience at one of the largest paper mills in Ontario. During her tenure there, Donna held the title of Sr. Procurement Manager for 40 years, so you could say she knows a thing or two about the 3 P’s: Processes, Pricing and Paper. Today at AAA, her role encompasses overseeing plant operations, sales and brokerage activities and delivering tailored recycling solutions.
Alan Wolfman
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As AAA’s newest addition, Alan brings to his role more than 30 years of experience in recycling, working for some of the industry’s largest players. His contact list is extensive; his industry knowledge is deep. As a result, Alan is able to quickly assess each situation and provide competitively priced brokerage solutions for our customers’ waste paper and OCC needs.
Trina Hynes
Office Manager
Trina joined AAA as a receptionist in 2005. In a short time, Trina was promoted to Office Manager and has grown her role into handling accounts receivables and payables, pickups and general day-to-day operations.
